Step 1: Needs inventory
The first step towards successful Search and Selection is the inventory of your wishes and needs. Quality LinQ always works with a fixed contact person and we like to personally get to know your organization. Through this we get a better picture of you and your companies’ needs. Based on this information, we set up a profile and vacancy together with you.
Thanks to years of experience, our team can understand your organization within a short time frame and respond quickly. This allows us to work quickly and effectively in every situation. Once your wishes and needs have been inventoried, we can continue with the recruitment.
Step 2: Search
We will search for the most suitable professionals with the right qualifications for your assignment. We keep your query, your organization and your company culture into account, so that you will only be presented with candidates that suit your organization. We do this with the help of our expertise, extensive network, databases and by distributing your vacancy widely via our various (media) channels.
Step 3: Selection
By means of personal interviews with the candidates, held at our office (internationally via Skype), we determine whether the candidates fits your company. In addition to hard criteria such as education and work experience, we also evaluate personal motives and personality characteristics. These are important factors in our selection process.
Step 4: Supply and interviews
We offer you, where possible, a selection of 2 to 3 suitable candidates, from which you can chose the best candidate. We will then plan a personal interview between you and our candidate or candidates. After these interviews, our contact person will evaluate the interviews with you and finally discusses the feedback with the candidates (rejection, follow-up interview or start).
Step 5: Entry and guidance
After selecting a candidate, the contract meeting between you and the applicant is the next step. After commencement of employment we would like to keep in touch with you and the professional. An evaluation takes place after the 1st and 8th working week.
In addition, we gladly discuss any other wishes. We would like to think along with you about other personnel issues that your organization faces.
